It is a small, friendly school with 800 pupils aged 13-18 including 230 in the sixth form. Our pupils achieve outstanding examination results and have excellent opportunities to learn outside of the classroom through sport, the arts, educational visits and outdoor education.
Our aim is to help our pupils to develop a love of learning and the values, skills and attitudes that will be required for a purposeful life beyond school.

Berwick Academy will soon be getting Frog - the next generation learning platform. The Frog system is widely regarded as one of the most innovative learning platforms available and will build on the success we have had with BeVLE over the last few years.
