English teacher required

 We are seeking to appoint a committed and dynamic teacher who can deliver outstanding lessons across all aspects of the English curriculum.  The successful candidate will be joining a high performing department in which all pupils are encouraged to achieve their potential.  In 2009 83% of pupils achieved a grade C or better in GCSE.  Candidates will be able to demonstrate a track record of high quality teaching and learning in their current teaching post or from their secondary school placements.  An interest in drama and/or media studies would also be desirable.
